LCCA Happy Hours Are Here. As many of you know, in 2009 Logan Circle Community Association (LCCA) is kicking off happy hours co-sponsored by LCCA and member businesses. The happy hours will be every Third Thursday of the month from 6 to 8 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) and will offer drink/food specials or light refreshments and an forum for you to get to know your neighbors and local businesses, without any formal LCCA business. The first happy hour will be hosted by Commissary on P Street NW on February 19 from 4 to 8 p.m., so we hope you will come out and support one of our local businesses and meet old and new friends in the process. We’ll publish the schedule of happy hours on a monthly basis in our newsletter and on our website, so please help us spread the word. March’s happy hour will be hosted by 1409 Playbill on 14th Street, and will be on the first Thursday, March 5.
