Wednesday morning update: The following information was posted around 2 am on Wednesday morning on the Find Emily page on Facebook: “Just got off the phone with Washington’s Metropolitan Police Department (MPD)–Emily has been located! Details still coming in…” In addition, TBD.com reports that Hershenson was found around 1:30 am on the National Mall.

On Tuesday news began to spread of a missing woman, Emily Hershenson, last seen in Adams Morgan on Monday morning, March 21. Mediabistro has some large photos and what is known at the moment. The Facebook page set up by her husband has even more info. The site, Missing Persons of America, also has information. The number to call with information is 202-680-4181.
Dcist and Washington City Paper also have stories about Hershenson’s disappearance. Her last known location was 18th Street and Columbia Road NW. According to her family, “She is a 33 years old, approximately 5â€˛ 7â€ł and 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing jeans, a purple blouse, and a sweater. Her SmartTrip card was last used at Georgia Ave and W streets NW (near Howard Univ) at 12:42pm yesterday.”
