The end is, apparently, near in the conspiracy trial of the Swann Street Three. The website Who Murdered Robert Wone reports that the defense rests and that closing statements are Thursday. As all three defendants waived their right to trial by jury, the presiding judge will decide their fate.

Robert Wone was found murdered on August 2, 2006, in a row house at 1509 Swann Street NW. No one has been charged in his murder. The three men on trial lived at the Swann Street house where Wone was visiting and was murdered. The three defendants—Joseph Price, Dylan Ward and Victor Zaborsky—are accused of obstruction of justice, conspiracy, and tampering with evidence.
