  • Oct. 4, 1:29 a.m., Robbery-Force and Violence, 2200-block of 14th Street NW
  • Oct. 4, 8:32 a.m., Robbery with Gun, 900-block of U Street NW.
  • Oct. 4, 9:45 p.m., Robbery-Force & Violence, 11th & U Streets NW-Parking Lot.
  • Oct. 4, 9 a.m., Robbery while Armed, 1800 S Street NW.
  • Oct. 4, 10:38 p.m., Robbery-Fear, 11th Street & U Streets NW.
  • Oct. 5, 1:15 a.m., Robbery-Force & Violence, 2000 Vermont Avenue NW.
  • Oct. 5, 11:10 p.m., Robbery-Force & Violence, 1700-block of 10th Street NW.
  • Oct. 5, 11:36 p.m., Robbery with Gun, 1900-block of 11th Street NW.
  • Oct. 6, 11:25 p.m., Robbery with Gun, 1000-block of T Street NW.
  • Oct. 8, 11:56 p.m., Robbery with Gun, 1500-block of U Street NW.
  • Oct. 9, 9:40 p.m., Robbery with Gun, 1100-block of V Street NW.
  • Oct. 10, 9:50 p.m., Robbery-Snatch, 900-block of U Street NW.
  • Oct. 10, 11 p.m., Robbery-Snatch, 1500-block of U Street NW. C-1 reported that he S-1 approached him behind and snatched his cell phone while he was talking on it. He was apprehended by responding MPD Officers (208).
  • Oct. 10, 5:50 p.m., Robbery-Force & Violence, 1400-block of N Street NW.
  • Oct. 11, 2 a.m., Robbery with Gun, 1700-block of Vermont Avenue NW.
  • Oct. 11, 2:11 a.m., Robbery-Fear, 16th & U Streets NW.
  • Oct. 11, 2:18 a.m., Robbery with Gun, 1600-block of Vermont Avenue NW.
  • Oct. 12, 11:45 p.m., Robbery-Car Jacking with Gun, 1300-block of V Street NW.

    Wahoo, Have you ever considered that more dogs on our streets generally translates to less crime on our streets?

    The robberies with guns and violence just keep on growing. I’d like to hear Chief Lanier and Mayor Fenty address what they are REALLY doing to fight crime in our community. I am quite tired of their standard PR messages. I think DC deserves better than these results. Time for a new administration.
