As of this Saturday, Union Market (1309 5th Street NE) is now open five days a week. Union Market officially opened in September, but has kept limited operating hours, until now.

The indoor market, which runs along Neal Place NE between 5th and 6th Streets, plays host to 40 local vendors that offer everything from fresh vegetables to cheeses, oysters, meats, tacos and home decor.

Union Market celebrated its expanded hours with this weekend’s Crafty Bastards Arts & Crafts Fair, a special broadcast of Foodie & The Beast and specials and activities at the Market’s pop-ups.

Union Market is now open Wednesday – Friday from 11 am until 8 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 8 am until 8 pm.
