About That Orange Mesh Fencing on 15th Street

No explanation from the city about those orange mesh fences around tree boxes on 15th Street NW between P and Corcoran Streets. Some of the No Parking signs seem to have gone away. On the east side of 15th there are some No Parking signs that are blank. My advice: Park carefully… look for signs prohibiting parking.
