Car Break-in During Rush Hour; 1500-block of R St. NW

A neighbor on the 1500-block of R Street sent me this email today:

A Jeep parked in front of 1516 R Street was broken into at approximately 5:20 PM this afternoon during busy rush hour trafflc.  Police were notified and given a description of the perpetrator.
