Cat Adoption Fair Saturday, Oct. 18

by Borderstan.com — October 17, 2008 at 11:51 am 1 Comment

Your chance to adopt a cat–TOMORROW, Saturday, October 18.

Come and adopt a new feline friend–lots of cats and kittens will be available for adoption at this event. These cats were rescued by Metroferals and other local, nonprofit groups that seek to humanely control the outdoor cat population. Feral cats are trapped, neutered, and returned to their supervised colonies. Only tame animals are offered for adoption.

  1. This is great! We have so many cats on the street. I adopted an alley cat on my own (he actually adopted me), and a neighbor adopted one from the pack. They are both house kitties and super sweet. My alley cat is tame, and the most loving cat I have – even jealous over the others because he wants to be #1 lover. It took a little bit of time for him to feel comfortable, but loves his new home and mom.
Please, if you are considering a cat as a pet, go to this adoption fair and adopt a cat from MetroFerals. They need homes too, and will make a great pet.
