I got email messages from Alert DC that the inbound traffic on the Teddy Roosevelt Bridge and all traffic on the Memorial Bridge is closed for today’s Inaugural Concert, “We Are One,” at the Lincoln Memorial. Don’t know what time they reopen. You can sign up for Alert DC online and get text or email messages.
