  1. I am wondering why we haven’t started a community newsletter and dropped off letters to all of the houses letting them know they need to lock their hatches on their roof tops (while making them accessible for emergency purposes.) Clearly the police can’t seem to find this guy, and as someone who didn’t know this was even happening until I was in the house while this man broke in, I just wish we had a better neighborhood watch system. I was thinking of making copies with some information and printing them out. Does anyone think this is a bad idea or have any recommendations on how to best do this?
