- Burglary. 1600-block of Swann Street NW. Burglary: Burglary (unsuccessful) Crime reported during the Evening (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) shift on March 28, 2009. (Editor’s Note: I believe this was the unsuccessful attempt on Saturday by the Rooftop Burglar.)
