From the Logan Circle Community Association (LCCA):
As a reminder, our next happy hour is Thursday, April 16 at Veranda (11th & P NW) from 5 to 8 p.m. Vernada’s own Chef Nathan Wallin will prepare some delicious appetizers free of charge. Below are the drink specials:
Wine will be $4.00 glass
- Rail Drinks will be $3.50
- Beers bottles: Bud, Bud lite, Miller lite, Corona, Red Stripe will be $3.00
- Draft beers: Allagash and Victory will be $4.00.
- Premium beers will be $1.00 off.
We are very excited to be co-hosting this happy hour with our neighbors at the Bladgen Alley Association (BAA), which represents homeowners and residents living in the area near one of Washington DC’s last preserved historic alleyways and is dedicated to the preservation of this important historic area and to strengthening the community.
For those of you who missed this year’s house tour, the area dates back to the mid 1860s where working class residences, stables and commercial buildings were hidden behind Victorian homes and other structures facing the streets.
As usual, we’ll have a designated area for LCCA and BAA members, and will have a representative from LCCA there starting at 6:30 or earlier. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
Cheers! Jennifer
