Sat. Shooting in Adams Morgan; PSA 307 Crimes

According to MPD 3rd District, there was a shooting very early Saturday morning in Adams Morgan. This is from the MPD 3rd District listserv on Yahoo! Groups:
This morning there was a shooting in the 2400 block of 18th street NW. In the early morning hours there was a physical fight between two males. During the fight both males brandished handguns. The fight then turned towards control of the handguns. One male managed to wrestle the handgun away from the other. The other male then fired two rounds at the other males who ran away from the scene. Two officers who were on the scene observed what happened gave chase and made an apprehension. Two guns were recovered were on the scene and a arrest was made. – Inspector Edward Delgado, MPD 3rd District

- Stolen Auto on Apr 10, 2009, 1500-block of 14th Street NW, reported at 9:18 pm.
- Robbery on April 10, 2009, 10th and M Streets NW (on sidewalk, no weapon), reported at 2:30 a.m.
