Will They Surpass the Great Snowball Fight at 14th & U?

There are already Facebook Groups for Saturday snowball fights at the Ellipse and in Dupont Circle. In addition, the series of tubes and wires and pulleys that comprise The Internets have been funneling rumors of other “fights” planned for this weekend.

But will any of them match The Great Snowball Fight at 14th & U on December 19? We hope not, actually, considering what happened with police detective and guns and such–not to mention the embarrassing worldwide media coverage.
