There is a new posting today over at the Web site, Who Murdered Robert Wone? The title is “Uncharged Conduct: Defense Response.” Robert Wone was murdered on August 2, 2006, in a row house on the 1500 block of Swann Street NW. Charges have not been filed in his murder. The current charges against the three men who lived in the row house are for obstruction of justice in the case.

According to the editors of the site, “We’re running three stories over the next three days on the flurry of defense filings in the Robert Wone case. Wednesday, we dig into the Defense Response to Uncharged Conduct I; Thursday and Friday we amplify the Motions to Suppress Involuntary Custodial Statements, and Motions of Severance. And coming next week… new developments among the Trouple.”
