Openings: “Sanctified” and “The Odd Couple”

 

Circle Mirror Transformation by Annie Baker at the Studio Theatre has been extended until Sunday, Oct. 31. Don’t miss the production The Washington Post calls, “Wryly funny, crisply designed, confidently acted.”

Two new shows open this weekend:

• At the Lincoln Theatre on Thursday, Oct. 21: Sanctified by Javon Johnson tells the comedic musical tale of Pastor Harold P Jones and his vision for his church. It runs through Nov. 14.
• Opening at Theater J (DC Jewish Community Center) on Saturday, Oct. 23, is Neil Simon’s Tony-award winning comic masterpiece, The Odd Couple.
