Weekend Openings at Hamiltonian, Irvine Contemporary
Irvine Contemporary presents Street/Studio 2.0, an exhibition with two venues — one at the gallery on 14th Street NW and the other at Montserrat House (9th and U Street NW).
The work of eight artists will be featured in the two spaces, including Shepard Fairey (creator of the iconic 2008 Obama campaign image), Jose Parla, Swoon, Romon Yang (Rostarr), David Ellis, Chris Mendoza, James Marshall (Dalek) and Gaia. Hear from the artists at a discussion on Friday and meet them at the opening reception on Saturday.
