Today’s photo, “Meridian Hill Park,” was taken by anokarina on April 28. The photo was shot from an apartment building overlooking the park. Sometimes called Malcom X Park, Meridian Hill Park is part of the National Park Service and is administered as part of Rock Creek Park. It is bounded by W Street, Euclid Street, 15th Street and 16th Street NW. It was designed and built between 1912 and 1936 and is 12 acres in size.
