The following are crimes of note from the past week — robberies, assaults, sex crimes, drug crimes, stolen autos and burglaries in the Dupont Circle, Logan Circle and U Street neighborhoods. Crimes are from police reports for Police Service Areas (PSAs) 208 (Dupont-Kalorama), 305 (includes U Street area) and 307 (Logan Circle).

Robbery

• Wednesday, July 6, 7:11 pm, 1500 block of T Street NW (sidewalk).
• Thursday, July 7, 12:20 pm, 1700 bock of 21st Street NW.
• Thursday, July 7, 9:40 am, 1900 block of 15th Street NW (sidewalk).
• Friday, July 8, 8:45 am, 1700 block of Massachusetts Avenue NW (sidewalk).
• Friday, July 8, 10:35 am, 1300 block of U Street NW (sidewalk).
• Saturday, July 9, 3:16 am, 18th Street and Riggs Place NW: “The victim reported they were walking in the listed area and when they reached the corner, a subject approached her from the side and snatched her purse. The suspect continued running westbound on Riggs Pl. and then into an alley. A nearby witness observed the subject get into a waiting SUV with an unknown/partial tag number of 1114. The suspects left the scene eastbound on Riggs Pl. N.W. The suspect was described as a Black/Male, with no further information provided.”
