• Friday, September 2, 11:58 pm, 1800 block of 18^th Street NW: “The victim reported that just after sitting down at a table to dine, a subject who had been seen lingering in front of the establishment approached and snatched the victim’s purse from her hands and then fled into a nearby alley on his bicycle.”
