Saturday, Nov. 5: Congressional Chorus at National City Christian Church

Love music? Love American history? Love BOTH AT ONCE?

The Congressional Chorus will perform “American Tapestry: Our Story in Song” this Saturday, November 5 at 7:30 pm at the National City Christian Church at 5 Thomas Circle NW.The concert is a journey through American history,  from colonialism, the revolution, Civil War, and all the way up through Civil Rights and immigration. The songs use the words of Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Langston Hughes, and John F. Kennedy among others.

Tickets are $25 at the door, but you can get a 20% discount if you become a Fan of the Congressional Chorus on Facebook and buy tickets online.
