Tweed Ride is an annual bike ride that features bike riders dressed in vintage tweeds, period garb and occasionally, a head scratcher of an outfit. At any rate, it is this Sunday from noon to 1 pm. Sponsored by Dandies and Quaintrelles, the after-party is at Smith Commons on H Street NE.
