Arrest Made in November Heritage India Homicide Case

DC Police have arrested Brandon Terry in connection with the deadly shooting on November 27 outside the restaurant turned club, Heritage India. Back in November, a fight broke out, which moved outside the club where several were shot and several were stabbed — yikes! The establishment is at 1337 Connecticut Avenue NW, just south of Dupont Circle.
Terry, 29, is charged with second-degree murder while armed. Washington Times has the story with the most information that we’ve seen so far. No word on the information that led to the arrest. Stay tuned for more info as the trial moves forward.
