The Top Chef star is still packing them into Graffiato, his Italian place by the Verizon Center. But not content to rest on his laurels, he is now expanding his empire to the 14th Street corridor at 2201 14th  Street NW.

His new Greek-themed restaurant, Kapnos, will include five roasting spits and feature Northern Greek food (Isabella was previously at Zaytinya, where the new head chef was also previously employed). The eatery will be a sister to Graffiato, serving sandwiches by day and a $40 tasting menu by night, appropriately named G.
