If your vision of the quintessential Borderstan Saturday includes handmade crafts, art, live music and dogs, then you’re in luck. Because this weekend (May 19) the DC Craft Mafia is returning to the neighborhood with its Second Annual Spring Thing.
The Spring Thing will take place in the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Parking Lot at 1514 15th Street NW.
From 11 am to 5:30 pm, more than 40 local vendors will convene to display and sell their creative masterpieces, including DIY housewares, baby goods, jewelry, silk-screen t-shirts, hula hoops, art, photography and more.
Dave Tieff will supply the live music and local charity, Lucky Dog Rescue, will be on-hand for furry fun and adoptions.
