Let’s face it, DC is a city that loves brunch. (We even have resident “bitches” who tell us how to do it!) And now, the city has one more brunch spot to add to the list. This Saturday, Duplex Diner (2004 18th Street NW) will start offering brunch from 11 am until 3 pm.
Here’s what to expect on the menu:
- Homemade buttermilk doughnut holes with a bourbon glaze
- A brunch burger, topped with a fried egg
- A shrimp, goat cheese and arugula omelette (among other varieties)
- Southern eggs benedict with fried green tomato, goat cheese, and hollandaise on top of a biscuit
Duplex Diner will also have brunch champagne specials ($3 per glass or $20 for a pitcher). For more information, or to check-out the menu, visit Duplex Diner’s website.
