The Pig Launches Friday Lunches

Five months after its opening, The Pig, a restaurant dedicated to serving handcrafted, seasonal fare, is finally saying “Yes!” to hungry District lunchers. Beginning Friday, October 26, The Pig (1320 14th Street NW) will be open for lunch on Fridays from noon until 4 pm.
For the menu, Chef Garret Fleming will offer some favorites off the dinner menu, as well as some new sandwiches and salads. Diners can expect menu items such as a pork belly BLT, a fried green tomato and cheese sandwich and a Cobb salad.
