Table is Ready and Set to Open

Table finally received the go and Chef Frederik de Pue announced today that they will be opening  Friday, January 18 at 5 pm.

He says “We’re all very ready and excited to get people in to experience the space, to taste the food we’ve been working on, and to enjoy themselves at our new spot.”

The restaurant’s handwritten menus will change frequently to reflect fresh produce and quality meats available from local and regional purveyors. Sample menus are available on the website. For more information on Table’s  follow the restaurant on Twitter or Facebook.

Originally an auto repair space, the restaurant building has been restored to a contemporary dining establishment with modern decor. Table will have a storefront patio and rooftop deck for seasonal outdoor seating.

Table at 903 N Street NW will be open during inauguration and the Federal holidays although its regular schedule will be Tuesday and Wednesday, 5 pm-11 pm, Thursday and Saturday, 5 pm-midnight, and Sunday, 5 pm – 10 pm. Closed Mondays. The restaurant is planing on adding breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch beginning February.
