  1. The article about the Hilton says that the addition won’t result in a single additional hotel room since they are residences. But your post says the hotel is getting 142 new rooms

  2. Hi Daniel–you’re right. The “rooms” mentioned are actually rental units. I can see how that would come across as confusing. I’ve clarified this piece to better reflect the facts. Thanks.
