Pearl Dive Snags New Chef — Logan Circle’s Pearl Dive Oyster Palace (1612 14th St. NW) has a new executive chef. He’s bringing what he calls “pig cake” to the menu, which is roasted pig pressed together into “individual, cake-like servings.”  [Washingtonian]
