Where to Party on New Year’s Eve Around Town

Several places in Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle, as well as near 14th and U streets, are hosting parties Dec. 31.

So prepare your confetti, horns and 2016 eyeglasses. Here are some options to consider (with descriptions provided by the bars and restaurants):
