Where to Party on New Year’s Eve Around Town
(Updated at 4:25 p.m.) Champagne will flow, music will play and a Salvador Dalí drag queen will perform as area bars and restaurants usher in 2016 on New Year’s Eve.
Several places in Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle, as well as near 14th and U streets, are hosting parties Dec. 31.
