Where to Find Free Fro-Yo Near U Street

Frozen yogurt will flow freely near U Street in celebration of National Frozen Yogurt Day.

Locals can stop by Menchie’s at 1939 12th St. NW before 7 p.m. on Monday to get a free six-ounce cup of frozen yogurt. Employees will also dole out a 20 percent off coupon to every person who walks through its doors tonight.

Menchie’s serves more than 100 seasonal flavors and more than 70 toppings, such as cheesecake bites and fresh fruit. Currently the shop has two new flavors: Spiced Chai Latte and Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate.
