Fire Breaks Out in Logan Circle Apartment

Firefighters rushed to the scene of a blaze that sent flames whipping out of a Logan Circle apartment building tonight.
The fire was reported in a fifth floor apartment in a building on the 1200 block of M Street NW, the D.C. Fire Fighters Association tweeted about 9:30 p.m. By 9:55 p.m., firefighters had extinguished the blaze, D.C. Fire and EMS tweeted.
A firefighter was hospitalized with minor injuries. Paramedics were evaluating three other people as of 9:55 p.m.
