Man Sought in Downtown Bank Robbery — Police are on the lookout for a man they say robbed the United Bank at 1667 K Street NW yesterday at 4:55 p.m. The man is described by authorities as a “40- to 50-year-old black male, approximately 6’0” tall, slim build, and clean shaven with a medium complexion.” The man was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap, dark pants, and a dark jacket, police said. 723 Morton Street ‘Unsafe’ — DCRA has ordered the razing of a Park View property. According to the city, the uninhabited structure, originally intended to be used as apartments, is unsafe to inhabit and a danger to public safety. [Park View D.C.]
