Columbia Heights &Pizza to Hold Wedding Pop-up When It Opens

Want to get married at a pizza place? Here’s your chance.

Fast casual pizza chain &Pizza has put out the call for couples willing to tie the knot next month after it officially opens its newest location at 1375 Kenyon St. NW.

The pizzeria will become a “Vegas-style wedding chapel” on Pi Day, March 14, according to a press release.

Newlyweds and their guests will be treated to “the ultimate pizza lovers wedding,” which includes flowers, a marriage officiant from Pop! Wed Co. and of course, plenty of pepperoni.

Weddings and vow renewals can be reserved in advance by emailing [email protected]. The shop will also oversee a limited number of walk-in weddings throughout the day.

Weddings aside, when does the Columbia Heights &Pizza open, anyway? A representative for the company said that, although no opening date has been set, the new location should open its doors some time before March 14.
