Signage went up recently for a new restaurant apparently called Vietnamese Chelsea Restaurant

The new eatery is located at 1413 Park Road NW

A new Vietnamese restaurant is apparently in the works for Columbia Heights.

Signage for a new eatery called the “Vietnamese Chelsea Restaurant” went up recently at 1413 Park Road NW.

The new restaurant will move into the space formerly occupied by nonprofit Change Inc., which closed its doors in 2014.

No additional information about the business could be found online, and we were unable to reach the owner when we visited the location yesterday evening. We’ll update this article when we know more.
