Republic Kolache’s Texas-style pastries are now available at two more locations in Shaw.
Customers can order half smoke, saag paneer or other kolaches at Compass Coffee’s shops in Shaw (1535 7th St. NW) and The Shay (1921 8th St. NW) on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7 a.m., the coffee company announced this morning.
Republic Kolache’s list of vendors has expanded in recent months. Glen’s Garden Market in Shaw added the company to its vendor list in January and Union Market (1309 5th St. NE) picked up the pastries the following month.
The pastries are also currently sold at American Ice Company (917 V St. NW), The Pub and the People (1648 North Capitol St. NW) and at Vigilante Coffee in Hyattsville.
