Mount Pleasant to Get New Fitness Center

A fitness center is in the works for Mount Pleasant, according to a D.C. building permit issued late last week.

The unnamed gym at 3220 17th St. NW will have “yoga, counseling (diet & exercise) and personal training,” permit information from the D.C. government shows. It appears the fitness center will occupy the former home of Fit 360, which moved to a new location in the neighborhood last year.

Efforts to contact a representative of the new gym weren’t immediately successful.
