Spring is here. Well, more or less, anyway. As flowers begin to pop up across the city, so too will local farmers markets.

Hours: 8:30 a.m to 1 p.m. on Sundays in April

April 2

Mt. Pleasant Farmers Market
Location: 3210 NW Mt. Pleasant St. NW
Hours: 9 a.m to 1 p.m. on Saturdays

April 16

Columbia Heights Farmers Market
Location: 14th St. and Park Rd. NW
Hours: 9 a.m to 1 p.m. on Saturdays; 4-7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays starting June 1

April 30

14 and U Farmers Market
Location: 14th and U streets NW
Hours: 9 a.m to 1 p.m. on Saturdays

May 7
