Ward 1 Trivia Night

D.C. Councilmember Brianne Nadeau and WAMU reporter Martin Austermuhle will help MC a Ward 1 trivia night. Neighbors United for D.C. Statehood, a grassroots organization that advocates for, well, D.C. Statehood, is the organizer of the event.

Grrrl Love and Revolution: Riot Grrrl New York City

7 p.m.

In this film, Abby Moser guides audiences through the feminist punk movement Riot Grrrl in New York City, from its roots in D.C.’s punk scenes and beyond.
