Several people suspected of beating up and robbing a man near Howard University last month have been caught on video.
The violent robbery happened on the 2600 block of Georgia Avenue NW on March 20.
The victim was arguing with a woman when a group of people attacked him and took his wallet, police said. He was brought to a local hospital for treatment.
A bystander’s cellphone video police released yesterday in connection with the robbery shows about a half-dozen individuals punching and kicking a man, who is knocked down to the ground during the melee.
