Man Stabbed Near Bruce Monroe Community Park

A man was stabbed near the northern edge of Bruce Monroe Community Park this morning, according to authorities.

The aggravated assault happened on the 700 block of Irving Street NW about 6 a.m.

The victim was conscious after the stabbing.

Police haven’t released any suspect information.
