Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Car Crash Near Howard University
A motorcyclist was critically injured after they collided with a car near Howard University this morning, according to D.C. Fire and EMS.
The crash happened near the intersection of 4th St. and Howard Pl. NW just after 9 a.m. this morning, said D.C. Fire and EMS spokesman Oscar Mendez.
The motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries, Mendez said. The driver of the vehicle received only minor injuries in the crash.
Police closed 4th Street to traffic in both directions shortly after the crash occurred.
