Man Blacks Out After Violent Robbery on 14th Street Corridor
A thief knocked a man unconscious in a robbery on the 14th Street corridor over the weekend, police said.
The violent robbery happened on the 1900 block of 14th Street NW about 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
The victim and another man were walking in an alley near the SoulCycle and Trader Joe’s in the area when three men approached them, police said.
“Hey, how are you doing?” one of the men asked the victims before one of his accomplices punched the victims, according to authorities.
The men then grabbed a wallet, money and other belongings from the victim before fleeing.
The victims declined medical attention.
Police described the suspects as:

B/M, approximately 5’9 to 6’0 feet tall, clean shaven, wearing a white T-shirt.

B/M, approximately 5’9 to 6’0 feet tall, clean shaven, with long black dreadlocks, wearing a navy blue T-shirt.

B/M, wearing a white T-shirt.

- A robbery with a gun on the 1500 block of Marion Street NW in Shaw about 2 a.m. Sunday. Police haven’t released any suspect information.
- A violent robbery near Kalorama and Columbia roads NW in Adams Morgan about 10:45 p.m. Sunday.
