  1. It'sNotEntirelyClear

Oh what a surprise, Maryland driver.

  2. I was coming out of lunch when it happened. It looked pretty bad, definitely a head injury. Really hope she’s alright.

  3. Like how do you know it was a head injury? Trying to find out details. This makes the fact the DC council postponed the vote on ending the unfair contributory negligence legislation all the more heart breaking

  4. Not to be graphic, but the large amount of blood coming from the back of her head and the way paramedics were handling her, it looked a lot like a head injury.

  5. So sad, and ironic on the same day that the DC Council punted on the contributory negligence bill. http://www.thebikelawyer.com
