Ice Cream Jubilee to Open on T St. NW With Free Scoops Tomorrow
(Updated at 10:20 a.m.) Ice Cream Jubilee is slated to arrive near the 14th Street corridor with complimentary Banana Bourbon Caramel, MarionBerry and other frozen treats tomorrow.
Ice Cream Jubilee is set to open at 1407 T St. NW at noon Saturday. The store will share the space with local bakery BakeHouse, which closed the retail portion of its business in May.
A news release adds:
On Saturday, October 1, 2016, Ice Cream Jubilee’s second location will open to the public at noon. The first 100 customers who order at the T Street location between noon and 1pm on October 1, 2016 will receive one free scoop each.
Ice Cream Jubilee’s T Street location will be open from 12pm – 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 12pm – 10pm on Sunday to Thursday.
Ice Cream Jubilee will serve its freshly made waffle cones and quarter-pound cookies, and introduce new seasonal flavors, sundaes, and indulgent hot drinks for the winter. Ice Cream Jubilee will open with 19 flavors and will be introducing two seasonal fall flavors on October 1: Pumpkin Honeycomb and Salty Apple Cinnamon.

Ice Cream Jubilee’s owner Victoria Lai opened her first shop in Navy Yard in 2014. The T Street location will be her second store.
