Crossfit fans will soon be able to get a workout in on U Street.
The new, larger location features an open floorplan and high ceilings, “which are more conducive for our style of training,” Brose said.
“We’re excited about adding some upgrades to the facility, such as showers, combined with well thought out finishes to provide our community with the best possible workout space,” he continued.
When the new gym opens, it will offer traditional CrossFit, boot camp, yoga, weightlifting and personal training classes. Though CrossFit D.C. already offers those classes at its 14th Street space, the larger location on U Street means more room for bigger, better workouts.
“We’re really excited to keep a footprint in that neighborhood,” Brose said. “It’s going to be fun.”
