Last week, the real estate blog Curbed released several lists of the 10 least expensive residential properties on the market in various DC neighborhoods.
Our own Logan Circle neighborhood was featured and the properties range from a 411-square-foot studio apartment for $210,000 to a 1,170-square-foot 2-bedroom for $424,900. The price per square foot ranges from $363 to $679.
Is it time for you to buy?
One question worth pondering: Will all of the new rental and condo buildings in line for development across the next one to three years in the area (think 14th Street corridor) bring down prices? Or will the increasing supply simply help keep with demand as more people want to live in walkable neighborhoods with stores and amenities close by?
