The District Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has launched a Ticket Amnesty Program for tickets issued before Jan. 1, 2010.

The amnesty program lasts until January 27, 2012. What this means is that you only have to pay the face value of a ticket – no late penalties – on these tickets. This includes all parking, photo-enforcement and moving violation tickets issued before January 1, 2010.
