The Ibero-America Film Showcase 2012 ends this Thursday, February 23. The association of cultural attachés of Ibero-American countries sponsored the event.

More than 30 films from Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Uruguay and Venezuela are in the showcase, which began January 19. Admission is free and all films have English subtitles.

Most films are being shown at the embassies of the respective countries. With so many embassies in or near the Borderstan area, this is a great chance to see Spanish- and Portuguese-language films — get the addresses of embassies online. You can find more info on the Facebook event page.
